As most are aware, neighborhood volunteers maintain the common areas to our sub-division. This includes the mowing, planting, and maintenance of the numerous ornamental trees and flower garden beds along both sides of Championship Drive from the entrance to the homes.
In addition, committees organize the annual Christmas luminary project, the annual neighborhood picnic and the neighborhood rummage sale. We established a web site that includes a neighborhood directory and many other facts and news items concerning Eagle Crossing North.
While all of the activities would not be possible without the generous help and leadership of various homeowners, there are never the less minimal cost associated with maintenance and beautification of our wonderful neighborhood, including the light at the entrance and snow removal if needed.
Three years ago, we began collecting $50 a year from each home to help finance these and new projects. Although the annual dues are strictly voluntary, over 90% of the homeowners participate.
The officers and committee chairs are currently in the planning stage for 2007 activities and expenses. If you have not already done so, please forward your $50 annual fee to the attention of:

Last year the Allen, Andress, Beckman, Brinkmeyer, Mobley, Taylor, Tichenor, Wessel, Dimmett, and Gish families all adopted a spot to mow, weed, or deadhead, etc. We could use more folks to take a small area and keep it looking nice. Hopefully, those that helped last year will continue, and others will consider helping this year. Please let Jan or me know if you can help. E-mail
